Our guideline to help you submit your advertisements and editorial content in the correct format and sizes for our printed magazine.
All articles should be submitted in a Microsoft Word format, with not more than 2 pages long.
All associated photos and graphics to your article should be submitted in high res JPEG format 300 dpi.
All Advertisements associated with your articles should be submitted in a Print Ready PDF file with the necessary bleed marks and the correct sizes. See below our guidelines.
